Tame that, and keep yourself on target with a quality muzzle control device. The Ultradyne Pulse Compensator uses the gases to help hold the muzzle down with a system of strategically places vents in the compensator. No worries about the gases getting in the sight line or affecting your vision. They designed that out as well.
