Power Custom charging handles are a tactical upgrade to the AR style 308 rifles. The all steel body is fully CNC’d from billet steel and will not bend of break even under rigorous use. The extended charging handle latch makes it easy to operate the bolt when wearing gloves and the stippling on the face of the latch ensure solid grip when hands are sweaty and slippery. These handles fit DPMS pattern 308 rifles.

SPECS: Fits .308 DPMS LR-308, Knight’s Armament SR-25/MK11/M110, LaRue OSR, Noveske 308, and Patriot Ordnance Factory P-308; does NOT fit S&W MP10, ArmaLite AR-10, Rock River Arms, or SIG 716.

Finally a steel charge handle (17.10.2015)

Replaced a worn DPMS .308 charge handle which was showing its age.

Cannot fully describe the "feel" of the "pull", really MUCH better than the alloy handle.

I did change the release latch to one made of 7075 Spec aluminum, reason to lessen the wear on the latch indent on the upper receiver. The steel latch worried me as to possibly excessive wear on the 7075 Billet upper receiver on the rifle.

Keep it properly lubed and never have to worry again about charge handle failure! Worth the extra money for the feel of the pull!

Does Not Fit DPMS G2. Half inch too long (10.07.2016)

Just got a new DPMS G2. I wanted to put this Steel Charging handle on it and to my surprise it did Not fit. It was half an inch too long. I had to return it. It is claimed that it fits on DPMS but it does not.
