The Ultimate Funnel for Reloaders
The Area 419 billet aluminum powder funnel uses a system of interchangeable, caliber specific, heads to make it the ultimate funnel for reloaders available today. The Area 419 Funnel’s interchangeable heads thread onto the funnel and are neck diameter specific for each caliber. They do not rely on fitting over the body of the case to hold in place. They are sized slightly larger than the neck diameter so that they hold solid on the case. Each head has a bore sized a few thousandths smaller than the bullet diameter, so maximum flow is achieved for each caliber. This is huge for the super ultra-magnum guys (375 Cheytac, 408 Cheytac, 50 BMG, etc).  The interface between the heads and the funnel is designed in such a way that no kernels can ever get stuck between the two, as long as the head is tightened completely. 3/8″ tall straight section at the top to help prevent kernels of powder from bouncing out when poured in. Smooth surfaces at the neck of the funnel and inside the heads promote quick flow and prevent any sticking kernels. MADE IN USA! From USA made aluminum, on a USA made HAAS mill, with USA made cutting tools! The Funnel’s design is both aesthetic and performance driven.  Being machined from a solid billet of 6061-T6 aluminum means no static charge to cling kernels to the funnel walls. This also makes it far safer for use with black powder. “Flutes” on the outside are for looks, on the inside though, they disturb the powder kernels from trying to jam up at the neck. It also gives some airspace so they do not get packed up so tightly, all aimed to increase flow through the nozzle.

Têtes interchangeables de l’entonnoir zone 419 visser sur l’entonnoir et ont un diamètre de cou spécifique pour chaque calibre. Ils ne reposent pas sur le raccord sur le corps de l’affaire pour tenir en place. Ils sont de taille légèrement plus grand que le diamètre du cou afin qu’ils contiennent des solides à l’affaire. Chaque tête a un diamètre inférieur au diamètre de la balle, de quelques millièmes de taille donc le débit maximal est atteint pour chaque calibre. C’est énorme pour les gars super ultra-magnum (375 Cheytac, 408 Cheytac, 50 BMG, etc.). L’interface entre les chefs et l’entonnoir est conçu de telle sorte qu’aucun grains ne peuvent jamais se coincer entre les deux, tant que la tête est complètement serrée. 3/8 po haute section droite en haut pour aider à empêcher les grains de poudre de rebondir sur lorsqu’il est versé. Surfaces lisses au niveau du goulot de l’entonnoir et têtes à faciliter la circulation rapide et éviter tout coincement noyaux. MADE IN USA ! Des Etats-Unis fait d’aluminium, sur une CUA fait moulin HAAS, avec USA fait des outils de coupe ! Conception de l’entonnoir est esthétique et performance moteur. En cours d’usinage d’une billette solide en aluminium 6061-T6 ne signifie aucune charge statique s’accrocher les noyaux pour les murs de l’entonnoir. Cela rend aussi beaucoup plus sûr pour une utilisation avec la poudre noire. « Flûtes » sur l’extérieur sont pour des regards, à l’intérieur cependant, ils perturbent les grains de poudre d’essayer de bloquer au niveau du col. Il donne aussi quelques aérien donc ils pas obtenir emballés de façon aussi stricte, toutes visant à augmenter le débit à travers la buse.
