A Single-Chamber Brake Designed to Aid in Controlling Recoil
Tired of your AR-15 jumping off target with every shot? The typical AR-15 recoil pattern is for the muzzle to lift high and to the right with every shot, and the CMMG SV Compensator designed for the AR-15 is built to counteract that tendency. Inspired by the design of the remarkably effective single-chamber brake on the Russian AK-74, the CMMG SV Brake is machined from steel and fits all standard 1/2-28 TPI muzzle threads. The SV Compensator is also available in a .30-caliber model complete with 5/8-24 TPI muzzle threads. Each brake ships with a crush washer for installation.
