Provides Extra Support

Strong, lightweight aluminum clamp attaches securely to barrel to provide extra support for extended magazine tube. Eliminates unwanted vibration under recoil to ensure smooth, reliable feeding of rounds. Low-profile design, rounded edges, and flush-mounted hex-head machine screws prevent snags and damage to patrol car interiors; hardcoat anodized surface adds strength and exceptional resistance to surface abrasion. Available in Standard model and Tactical Rail configuration with Picatinny-type accessory rail that may be positioned on left or right side of clamp for mounting flashlights and other accessories. Also available for heavy barreled shotguns/Mossberg.

SPECS: Aluminum, hardcoat anodized, black, matte finish. Fits shotguns equipped with Nordic and DPMS extension tubes. 12 gauge only. Standard - 2 oz. (57g) weight. Rail - 2.6 oz. (73g) weight. Mossberg - Fits Mossberg shotguns, including the 590 and 930SPX.

EXCELLENT FIT - GREAT QUALITY (10.02.2012)

This clamp fit my Remington 1100 with tube extension first time - no issues - no worries. Looks great and functions well... does not vibrate off during shooting. Highly recommend.

Well constructed and easy to install (23.09.2012)

The barrel clamp worked perfectly on a 12 gauge M2. The only complaint I have is the lack of instructions on proper torque. Other shooters recommended hand tight with an allen wrench because this clamp has to come off each time for complete disassembly of the shotgun for cleaning. It has large contact areas for the barrel and magazine clamp to provide the necessary support and not distort.

Best Barrel Clamp for the Money (27.07.2018)

This is the most awesome barrel clamp I have. It beats the TacStar clamp that came with my mag extension. It's cheaper than the magazine clamp made by Mesa Tactical, and the Mesa Tactical 3" rails WILL fit this clamp. If you can't find the Nordic rails, the Mesa rails will work just fine. I have it on my Remington 870 and plan to get more for my two Mossberg Shotugns. It also has no play whatsoever. You see, the Remington 870 needs a clamp like this if you put on a magazine extension because the magazine threads are so shallow. It helps keep the platform stable. It's big, beefy, and strong. Now, it's no lightweight, so keep that in mind. Personally, I prefer a strong part over saving two or three ounces anyway.

Great Replacement or Add-On (14.09.2009)

Well made with perfect fit and finish. Installed this on a Mossberg 930 SPX. Wonderful addition to stiffen the mag extension and add an accessory light.

Fits well on Rem 1100 (31.12.2009)

This is one of those items that is expensive (in my opinion) once, but the right thing in the long run. The fit is perfect on a Rem 1100 with a Hastings retrofitted barrel and a 5 round Nordic magazine extension. It's easy to install, and doesn't require any modifying, changing or goofing with to get it to work exact as it is intended.

Mounted on 870 w/Nordic mag. ext. Have Surefire G2/shock isolation bezel/clicker tailcap in Vltor Scout mount. Nordice clamp/rail is absolutely beautifully machined. Fit is perfect. puts light right where you need it. Gun still handles smoothly w/my combo. Couldn't be happier. Gonna try swapping it to my M1 Super 90 and see how it flys w/that. If good, will order another.

I still think the quality is impeccable but I wanted to update that when installed get it tighter then you would think is normal or it will move under recoil.

MOUNTS A GUN-LIGHT AND STRENGTHENS YOUR MAGAZINE TUBE AT THE SAME TIME. WELL DESIGNED AND PRECISION MADE. MUST BE REMOVED TO FIELD STRIP THE SHOTGUN SO NOW I USE A BORE-SNAKE TO CLEAN MY SHOTTY EVERY OTHER SESSION JUST SO I WON'T HAVE TO REMOVE IT EACH TIME I CLEAN IT. THAT IS NOT REASON ENOUGH NOT TO HAVE ONE MOUNTED ON YOUR GUN, HOWEVER.

Good clamp but has some flaws (18.05.2010)

It is a good clamp but I personally had some not so great things happen with it. For one it absolutley ruined the finish on my barrel and mag( I didnt mind too much since it is a combat shotgun) but the thing that really bothered me was the screw stripped out after shooting it one time with a TLR 1 light on it.

UNDERSTAND THIS MAY PERMANENTLY MARK FINISH WHEN USED.
I Mounted clamp to a Benelli Nova Tactical w/ext. mag. Fit is perfect, does not shift. Slimmest and strongest design I've found(I'd use it as a club before using the poly buttstock!). Now my light doesn't shift when firing,and it looks "clean" too.
This replaced a lower priced "universal" clamp manufactured by a different company. Wish Id saved money & bought this 1st!

Good product, but did not fit. (27.04.2012)

I've read several places (including a review here) that this product fits on a Mossberg 930SPX, however i have found this untrue in my case. The "fingers" that go around the barrel were too small, and left large gaps on either side, as well as creating a weird angle between the two halves. the screws would bind when trying to tighten, because of the angle created between the two halves as mentioned above. It took some serious "massaging" with a file and sandpaper to get it to fit relatively flush. As i said, the product itself is well made, but for some reason it wouldnt fit my shotgun. Maybe i have a different generation of barrel or mag tube or something.

Excellent fit (22.10.2013)

I installed this on my Mossberg 930sp. The clamp is a perfect fit. The ONLY area that might be a problem for some people is the fact that the concave halves are not the same dimension, so there fore, when you start your screws to attach it, make darn sure you do not cross thread the screws (the body is alum and will cross thread easily). After firing 8 rds in rapid succession, there was absolutely no movement of the clamp. Great product and does exactly what I wanted it to do.

Poor fit. (08.05.2015)

The product itself is great, it's very sturdy, design is good, machining is good, but on an 870 Police with a Vang Comp magazine extension the clamp caused a measured .025" deflection of the magazine tube because of the center contact surface/where the Allen head screws interface. The clamp requires extensive modification to fit the contours of the barrel and magazine extension without causing deflection. I suppose it's entirely possible that my police trade in 870P has a non standard spacing, but I rather doubt that is the case considering the amount of material I had to remove from the clamp before it would attach without spreading the barrel and magazine extension.

Again, quality product, but I cannot give it more than 3 stars considering the level of modification necessary for it to work CORRECTLY on MY shotgun. As always, your mileage will vary.
