No More Burned Fingers Or Lost Screws

Locks screws into place while you grind them off to length, file them down or shape the point. Saves untold hours spent looking for the screw the wheel flipped under the grinder, down the exhaust port or across the shop. Holes are for 6-48 and 8-40, but take most smaller and "in-between" sizes.

SPECS: Blued steel. 2-3/8" long, 3/8" wide.

It works and I'll keep it but it's just two bits of arched spring steel that pivot on a rivet. Its pricey for what it is, but handy when you need it.

Screw Holder Gizzie Is Great! (27.08.2015)

I bought this little screw holder several years ago and it is one of those things in life that always works and works very well. One other review claimed it was too expensive but I don't think so. By the time you would cut two pieces of spring steel and find a good quality rivet to put them together you would well have the price of this tool spent in time alone. I would estimate that I have used this tool more than a hundred times in my repair shop and it never fails to do what it is supposed to. In fact, now that I think about it I am going to order another one in case I lose my first one.
