Complete Upgrade Package Takes Your Shield s Trigger From Serviceable to Spectacular
Apex’s M&P Shield 45 Action Enhancement Trigger + Duty / Carry Kit gives you a remarkable improvement in your Shield’s trigger pull by replacing the factory trigger and fire control components. When installed, this kit will deliver a smooth, consistent pull with 20% less pre- and over-travel, and approximately a 2 lb. reduction in pull weight. You’ll also enjoy a shorter, more detectable reset for faster follow-up shots. With its flat face, the Apex’s Action Enhancement Trigger helps you shoot more accurately by keeping your finger centered on the trigger, directly in line with the bore axis, to prevent loss of accuracy due to off-axis movement. The Duty / Carry Kit refines the rest of the fire control system to further enhance the trigger pull. Reduces pull weight while keeping it within the safe range for reliable function of a service pistol Exact reduction in pull weight will vary from gun to gun D.I.Y. installation, but more than "drop in" Durable hardcoat anodized finish blends in with the rest of your Shield Kit includes trigger, precision-machined sear, Talon Tactical tool, striker block spring, sear spring, trigger return spring, carry spring set, and trigger return spring installation slave pin Fits all versions of S&W M&P Shield 45 pistol With its center mounted pivoting safety bar, the Apex M&P Shield 45 Action Enhancement Trigger + Duty / Carry Kit maintains factory safety standards and will not disengage unless the trigger finger is placed directly on the trigger face. All of this adds up to a trigger that may not truly be "match grade," but is superior to most factory service pistol triggers out there today.
