The extended Beretta® 92/96 magazine release makes it easy to depress your magazine button under stress. Useful for shooters with all hand sizes. No fitting required. Allows shooters with all hand sizes to release the magazine with little or no shift in grip. CNC machined from 4140 heat treated steel. Extended checkered pad. Black Armor Tuff finish. Ambidextrous, can be installed on right or left side of pistol. NOTE: Does not include bushings and spring. Requires re-use of your bushings and spring.

fitting required (20.01.2015)

I installed this on my m9 to offset the thickness in my new grips and to make mag changes easier in competitions. This is supposed to be a drop in but it took a lot of fitting to even install. The problem I have now is that the mags insert way to hard. It is a product that I want to like but the fitting needs to be better. If you want to have your pistol sent to them I would recommend it but they need to make the fit better.

Warning, lots of fitting required! It took me a little over an hour with a file to get this part to fit. I had to file so it would fit the frame, then I had to file so the magazine would insert and release properly. I will also have to cold blue it now to prevent rust.

This is not a drop in part and I expected better from Wilson Combat.

Better than factory mag release. (30.01.2016)

I have bought two of these over the past year. They both dropped in on a 92G and 92A1. Great function, but require a little break in. Mag release is positive and quick without fear of inadvertent release. Lock up is positive as well.

I have installed this mag release on a 23 year old INOX manufactured in Italy and a new M9 compact. They required no fitting and dropped in. Before I did the install I carefully watched the Brownells video on YouTube, which was a big help.
