SUPERLATVIE ARMS LLC AR-15 ADJUSTABLE PISTON SYSTEM W/CLAMP 0.625" BLOCK LEFT HAND The Superlative Arms Patented Bleed Off® Mode, gas piston system for the AR-15 platform adjusts the gas flow by bleeding the gas out the front of the block instead of restricting the flow like conventional adjustable blocks. RESULTS: The pressure used in the block is reduced only to the amount required to drive the bolt carrier. The remaining gas and pressure are bled out of the block allowing the system to run much cleaner and cooler. Reduction of wear on the bolt carrier group components and upper receiver. Reduction of felt recoil allowing for faster follow-up shots. Patented adjustment detent is located outside of the block and therefore no contamination. In Bleed Off Mode the gas adjustment screw does not restrict the gas flow; therefore, there is no erosion or seizing of the screw, and no loss of detent due to carbon build up. Although it is removable, we have added a safety mechanism, which stops you from unintentionally backing the screw all the way out. When using SBR’s and/or suppressors the Bleed Off port allows the excessive pressure to be exhausted out of the block reducing blow back. NOTE: The Superlative Arms Piston Kit does not come with a Bolt Assembly (bolt, cam pin, firing pin, or firing pin retainer). Bolt Assembly sold separately. ***NOTICE: PRIOR TO PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT*** Please review the barrel schematic for the critical dimensions necessary to safely operate the pistol length piston system. There is no industry standard for the distance between the barrel extension to the center of the gas hole. This is critical for the op rod length. Il Superlative Arms AR-15 Adjustable Piston System W/Clamp 0.625" Block Left Hand è un sistema a pistone brevettato che offre una gestione innovativa del flusso di gas, ideale per la piattaforma AR-15.
Caratteristiche principali:
- Modalità Bleed Off®: Regola il flusso di gas sfiatando il gas dalla parte anteriore del blocco, anziché limitare il flusso come nei blocchi regolabili convenzionali.
- Riduzione della pressione: La pressione nel blocco è ridotta solo al livello necessario per azionare il gruppo otturatore, mantenendo il sistema più pulito e fresco.
- Minore usura: Riduce l'usura sui componenti del gruppo otturatore e sul ricevitore superiore.
- Recoil controllato: Diminuzione del rinculo percepito per colpi di follow-up più rapidi.
- Detent di regolazione brevettato: Posizionato all'esterno del blocco per evitare contaminazioni.
- Meccanismo di sicurezza: Previene l'allentamento involontario della vite di regolazione.
- Compatibilità con SBR e/o soppressori: La porta di Bleed Off consente di scaricare la pressione eccessiva, riducendo il retrocarico.
Nota: Il kit a pistone Superlative Arms non include un gruppo di otturatore (otturatore, perno di camma, percussore o fermo del percussore). Il gruppo di otturatore è venduto separatamente.
IMPORTANTE: Prima di acquistare questo prodotto, si prega di rivedere lo schema della canna per le dimensioni critiche necessarie per operare in sicurezza il sistema a pistone di lunghezza pistola. Non esiste uno standard industriale per la distanza tra l'estensione della canna e il centro del foro del gas. Questa misura è fondamentale per la lunghezza del braccio operativo; se non corrisponde a quella indicata nello schema, si potrebbe piegare il braccio operativo.
