SUPERLATIVE ARMS LLC AR-15 ADJUSTABLE PISTON SYSTEM W/0.625" GAS BLOCK RIGHT HAND The Superlative Arms Patented Bleed Off® Mode, gas piston system for the AR-15 platform adjusts the gas flow by bleeding the gas out the front of the block instead of restricting the flow like conventional adjustable blocks. RESULTS: The pressure used in the block is reduced only to the amount required to drive the bolt carrier. The remaining gas and pressure are bled out of the block allowing the system to run much cleaner and cooler. Reduction of wear on the bolt carrier group components and upper receiver. Reduction of felt recoil allowing for faster follow-up shots. Patented adjustment detent is located outside of the block and therefore no contamination. In Bleed Off Mode the gas adjustment screw does not restrict the gas flow; therefore, there is no erosion or seizing of the screw, and no loss of detent due to carbon build up. Although it is removable, we have added a safety mechanism, which stops you from unintentionally backing the screw all the way out. When using SBR’s and/or suppressors the Bleed Off port allows the excessive pressure to be exhausted out of the block reducing blow back. NOTE: The Superlative Arms Piston Kit does not come with a Bolt Assembly (bolt, cam pin, firing pin, or firing pin retainer). Bolt Assembly sold separately. Das AR-15 Adjustable Piston System mit einem 0.625" Gas Block für Rechts- und Linkshänder bietet dir eine innovative Lösung für deine AR-15 Plattform. Mit dem patentierten Bleed Off® Mode passt sich das Gaspistonsystem an, indem es das Gas an der Vorderseite des Blocks abbleitet, anstatt den Fluss wie herkömmliche verstellbare Blöcke zu beschränken.
Ergebnisse:
- Der Druck im Block wird nur auf das notwendige Mass reduziert, um den Verschluss zu betätigen.
- Überschüssiges Gas und Druck werden aus dem Block abgeleitet, was das System sauberer und kühler laufen lässt.
- Weniger Verschleiss an den Komponenten der Verschlussgruppe und am oberen Empfänger.
- Reduzierung des Rückstosses für schnellere Nachfolgeschüsse.
- Der patentierte Einstellungsdetent befindet sich ausserhalb des Blocks und ist somit vor Verunreinigungen geschützt.
Im Bleed Off Mode schränkt die Gaseinstellschraube den Gasfluss nicht ein; daher gibt es keine Erosion oder Festklemmen der Schraube und keinen Verlust des Detents durch Kohlenstoffablagerungen. Obwohl die Schraube abnehmbar ist, haben wir einen Sicherheitsmechanismus hinzugefügt, der verhindert, dass du die Schraube versehentlich ganz herausdrehst.
Wenn du SBRs und/oder Schalldämpfer verwendest, ermöglicht der Bleed Off Port das Abführen des übermässigen Drucks aus dem Block, was den Rückstoss reduziert.
