The J P Enterprises Complete Bolt Assembly (Enhanced) for 6.5 Grendel / 6mm ARC is precision machined from an ultra-strong steel alloy to last up to 10 times longer than a standard carbon steel bolt, minimizing the risk of bolt failure during a critical engagement. Made from SAE 9310 steel the JPE Enhanced Bolt Assembly for 6.5 Grendel / 6mm ARC has a tough, ductile inner core highly resistant to stress fracturing, with a hard outer surface that resists galling and wear, to ensure a service life of up to 60,000 rounds. This is the same steel used in the transmission gears of Formula 1 race cars, so it’s ideal for high-impact, high-heat applications like sustained full-auto fire. J P Enterprises has meticulously machined radiuses on all 90-degree corners on the locking lugs to help distribute impact force evenly and further reduce risk of premature wear and cracking. Fully supported extractor face and precise extractor engagement further ensure smooth, reliable cycling of your favorite firearm.

SPECS: SAE 9310 nickel-chromium-molybdenum steel, black nitrate. Fully assembled with extractor, gas rings, ejector, pins, and springs installed. Bolt Shroud Depth: .140" nominal.

Parti Fabbricante: JPBCEB65G 812872020778 Gruppo otturatore completo è precisione lavorati da una lega di acciaio ultra-forte al bullone ultima fino a 10 volte più lungo di un acciaio al carbonio standard, riducendo al minimo il rischio di fallimento del bullone durante un impegno critico. Acciaio SAE 9310 ha un nucleo duro, duttile interno altamente resistente allo stress di fratturazione, con una superficie dura esterna che resiste al grippaggio e usura, per garantire una durata di fino a 60.000 giri. Questa è la stesso acciaio usato negli ingranaggi di trasmissione della Formula 1 auto da corsa, quindi è ideale per le applicazioni ad alto impatto, alto calore come sostenuta fuoco completamente automatico. Raggi meticolosamente lavorati su tutti gli angoli di 90 gradi sulle alette di bloccaggio aiutano a distribuire l'impatto forza uniformemente e ulteriormente ridurre il rischio di usura prematura e di cracking.
