The ATLAS S-ONE is the newest addition to the Aero Precision Handguard lineup. Machined from 6061-T6 Aluminum, the S-ONE line of handguards are designed with size and weight in mind, providing the perfect handguard for your lightweight build. Aero's proprietary ATLAS attachment system is a durable and dependable mounting platform, maintaining a slim profile while still providing the strength and stability customers have grown to love from Aero Precision handguards. Actual Handguard Lengths: 7.3", 9.3", 10.3", 12.7", 15" -- Aero Precision rail lengths measure from end to end. This is the point of contact at the receiver to the end of the last picatinny slot at the muzzle. Available in M-LOK profiles with 7.3", 9.3", 10.3", 12.7" and 14.94 (Actual Length 15") options. ATLAS The new Aero Taper Lock Attachment System (ATLAS) is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. It features 2 mirrored tapered locking nuts that provide evenly distributed clamping pressure across a custom engineered barrel nut with use of a turnbuckle screw. A ratcheting detent further secures the design while providing positive registration during installation. By design, the even pressure of the ATLAS system avoids distortion of the handguard often seen with current applications during installation. All hardware mounting parts are included with the purchase of an ATLAS Handguard. ATLAS
Il nuovo Aero Taper Lock Attachment System (ATLAS) è sia funzionale che esteticamente gradevole. Presenta 2 dadi di bloccaggio a forma conica speculari che forniscono una pressione di serraggio uniformemente distribuita su un dado del barilotto ingegnerizzato su misura con l'uso di una vite a tirante. Un detent a cricchetto assicura ulteriormente il design fornendo una registrazione positiva durante l'installazione. Per progettazione, la pressione uniforme del sistema ATLAS evita la distorsione dell'handguard spesso vista con le applicazioni attuali durante l'installazione.
