Tool Holders & Inserts For Profiling
Tooling kits include hardened steel toolholders and high speed steel inserts for turning, threading, profiling, and cut-off work. Inserts are T-15 High Speed Steel (HSS) hardened to Rc 65-67, then finish ground on all sides. They deliver excellent slow speed performance, precision interrupted cuts, and a smooth finish on stainless steel, Inconel, Monel, exotic metals, and plastics. Square shank toolholders and boring bars are CNC machined from 4140/4142 steel bar stock, hardened to Rc 48-50, and then black oxide coated to resist corrosion. Includes two ³/8" square bars, one right hand bar and one left hand bar, plus three high-speed steel inserts and one carbide insert that fit either bar.

SPECS: One right-hand and one left-hand bar, both .375" square shank, 6" OAL. Inserts - three HSS VCMW-221 inserts and one carbide VCMW-221 insert, all 7° positive, .250 IC, .125 thick, .110 hole, .146 top opening, .015 radius. Includes three MS-1153 screws and T-7 wrench.

Parti Fabbricante: NONE Kit utensili includono portautensili in acciaio indurito e inserti in acciaio ad alta velocità per tornitura, filettatura, profilatura e lavoro di cut-off. Inserti sono T-15 ad alta velocità in acciaio (HSS) indurito a Rc 65-67, poi finire a terra su tutti i lati. Prestazioni eccellenti a bassa velocità, precisione interrotto tagli e una finitura liscia su acciaio inox, Inconel, Monel, esotici metalli e materie plastiche. Piazza gambo portautensili e bareni sono lavorati dalle azione della barra d'acciaio 4140/4142, CNC indurito a Rc 48-50 e poi nero ossido rivestito per resistere alla corrosione. Include due ³/8" barre quadre, barra una mano destra e mano sinistra un bar, plus tre inserti in acciaio ad alta velocità e un inserto di carburo che si adattano sia bar.
