The new LITEWAVE sight design from HIVIZ features an innovative, diagonal-wave design that increases durability to the protective exoskeleton and allows for more exposed surface area for the LITEPIPE to gather light from all angles, for the brightest sight available. Ruger® MKII/III LITEWAVE front sight fits MK II/III™ heavy barrel guns including 22/45™ with adjustable rear sight only. Does not fit 22/45 Lite model. Also Fits Browning Buckmark pistols (except Challenge, 5.5 Target, and 5.5 Field). Will fit Ruger® Single Six® revolvers with adjustable rear sights. Includes interchangeable LitePipes in red, green, and white.

It's just OK (24.02.2017)

The light transmission is not as bright and some other ones that have more exposed fiber-optic. The base is not sized that precisely as it sticks out beyond about 1/64 going past the front of the barrel.

Litewave front sight by HiViz (16.04.2017)

I purchased a HiViz front sight to replace the OEM sight on my new Ruger Mark IV target pistol. It was easy to remove the old sight and replace it with this one. I decided to leave the white filament that came with the sight. Remarkable how well it works. I find it much easier to acquire my line of sight on either sunny or cloudy days.
