Super Duty MOD1 Pistol The Super Duty Mod1 Pistol improves upon the renowned Geissele Super Duty with the addition of a HUXWRX Flash Hider-QD 556 suppressor-ready muzzle device, an updated MK16 Super Modular Rail with press-fit stainless steel Quick Disconnect (QD) inserts, and an A17 Grip that presents a more ergonomic grip angle. The SD Mod1 updates several key components that ensure this high-end firearm will continue to offer the user unmatched accuracy, comfort, and performance. Geissele provides the latest in weapon technology available. This pistol chambered in 5.56mm features a nanoweapon-coated HUXWRX Flash Hider-QD muzzle device mounted to an in-house Manganese Phosphate coated, Cold Hammer Forged, Chrome Lined, 1-7 twist barrel. Geissele barrels are High-Pressure Tested (HPT) and Magnetic Particle Inspected (MPI). The Geissele length gas system and Geissele Super Compact Gas Block (with bomb-proof installation) ensure reliability and optimal performance in extreme conditions and heavy use. At your fingertip and purpose-built for precision is the SSA-X with Lightning Bow® trigger. The Nanocoated, two-stage trigger features a wide-body and bow shape that finds the perfect balance between a classic M4 trigger and a flat-body trigger. At the heart of this rifle is the Geissele Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group (BCG). Their Nanoweapon-coated carrier features a properly torqued and staked, Chrome Lined, Nanocoated gas key. The Cam Pin is machined from advanced, tool steel known as H13 which is also coated with Nanoweapon for maximum corrosion and wear resistance. The Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group features extended upper rails, providing greater stability and dramatically increasing feeding reliability. The Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group comes with the Geissele Stressproof Bolt. Made from Carpenter 158+, directly developed with Carpenter Steel metallurgists to create a material that is cleaner and has fewer impurities. This makes our Stressproof bolt stronger and more fatigue-resistant. The Geissele Stressproof bolt is also forged, not machined from barstock. This allows us to optimize the grain structure of the steel to yield a bolt capable of 5 times the life of a mil-spec bolt. Each bolt is rigorously inspected, high-pressure tested, mag particle inspected and Nanoweapon coated. The Super Duty lower is precision machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and features Geissele’s Ultra Duty Lower Parts Kit featuring our Ambidextrous Super Configurable safety and Ultra Precision trigger guard. A high-quality mil-spec Geissele Buffer Tube with a Super-42 in H3 buffer ensures this rifle is properly tuned out of the box. A Geissele Quick Disconnect (QD) Sling Mount Endplate allows for fast interfacing of slings quipped with QD pushbutton mounts to the lower receiver. This rugged and reliable attachment point is machined from Stainless Steel that is finished in Black Nitride and staked per MIL STD. Rounding up the package is a MK16 Super Modular Rail, that mates to the Super Duty Upper Receiver via a center aligning tab that removes any chance of rail rotation. The MK16 family of rails is renowned by operators for their performance and comfort. An Airborne Charging Handle ensures smooth and reliable operation. Le Super Duty Mod1 Pistol améliore le célèbre Geissele Super Duty avec l'ajout d'un dispositif de bouche HUXWRX Flash Hider-QD 556 prêt à recevoir un silencieux, d'un rail modulaire MK16 Super mis à jour avec des inserts Quick Disconnect (QD) en acier inoxydable, et d'une poignée A17 qui offre un angle de prise en main plus ergonomique. Le SD Mod1 met à jour plusieurs composants clés qui garantissent que cette arme à feu haut de gamme continue d'offrir à l'utilisateur une précision, un confort et une performance inégalés.
Geissele fournit les dernières technologies d'armement disponibles. Leur porte-boulon revêtu de nanotechnologie présente une clé de gaz en chrome, correctement serrée et fixée.
Le Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group est équipé du Geissele Stressproof Bolt, fabriqué à partir de Carpenter 158+, développé directement avec des métallurgistes de Carpenter Steel pour créer un matériau plus pur et avec moins d'impuretés. Cela rend notre boulon Stressproof plus résistant et plus apte à supporter la fatigue. Le boulon Stressproof Geissele est également forgé, et non usiné à partir d'un bar stock, ce qui nous permet d'optimiser la structure du grain de l'acier pour obtenir un boulon capable de durer 5 fois plus longtemps qu'un boulon mil-spec.
