SUPERLATIVE ARMS LLC AR-15 ADJUSTABLE PISTON SYSTEM W/CLAMP ON .750" BLOCK RIGHT HAND The Superlative Arms Patented Bleed Off® Mode, gas piston system for the AR-15 platform adjusts the gas flow by bleeding the gas out the front of the block instead of restricting the flow like conventional adjustable blocks. RESULTS: The pressure used in the block is reduced only to the amount required to drive the bolt carrier. The remaining gas and pressure are bled out of the block allowing the system to run much cleaner and cooler. Reduction of wear on the bolt carrier group components and upper receiver. Reduction of felt recoil allowing for faster follow-up shots. Patented adjustment detent is located outside of the block and therefore no contamination. In Bleed Off Mode the gas adjustment screw does not restrict the gas flow; therefore, there is no erosion or seizing of the screw, and no loss of detent due to carbon build up. Although it is removable, we have added a safety mechanism, which stops you from unintentionally backing the screw all the way out. When using SBR’s and/or suppressors the Bleed Off port allows the excessive pressure to be exhausted out of the block reducing blow back. NOTE: The Superlative Arms Piston Kit does not come with a Bolt Assembly (bolt, cam pin, firing pin, or firing pin retainer). Das SUPERLATIVE ARMS LLC AR-15 ADJUSTABLE PISTON SYSTEM W/CLAMP ON .750" BLOCK RIGHT HAND bietet eine innovative Lösung für dein AR-15 Gewehr. Mit dem patentierten Bleed Off® Modus wird der Gasfluss durch das Ablassen des Gases an der Vorderseite des Blocks angepasst, anstatt den Fluss wie bei herkömmlichen verstellbaren Blöcken einzuschränken.
Ergebnisse:
- Der Druck im Block wird nur auf das notwendige Mass reduziert, um den Bolt Carrier anzutreiben.
- Das verbleibende Gas und der Druck werden aus dem Block abgelassen, was das System sauberer und kühler laufen lässt.
- Verminderung des Verschleisses an den Komponenten des Bolt Carrier Groups und des oberen Empfängers.
- Reduzierung des gefühlten Rückstosses, was schnellere Nachfolgeschüsse ermöglicht.
- Der patentierte Einstell-Dent befindet sich ausserhalb des Blocks, wodurch eine Kontamination vermieden wird.
- Im Bleed Off Modus schränkt die Gasverstellungsschraube den Gasfluss nicht ein; somit gibt es keine Erosion oder Festklemmen der Schraube und keinen Verlust des Dents durch Kohlenstoffablagerungen.
Obwohl das System abnehmbar ist, haben wir einen Sicherheitsmechanismus hinzugefügt, der verhindert, dass du die Schraube versehentlich ganz herausdrehst. Bei der Verwendung von SBRs und/oder Schalldämpfern ermöglicht der Bleed Off-Port, dass übermässiger Druck aus dem Block abgelassen wird, wodurch der Rückstoss reduziert wird.
WICHTIG: Bevor du dieses Produkt kaufst, überprüfe das Lauf-Schema auf die kritischen Abmessungen, die notwendig sind, um das Pistol-Längen-Piston-System sicher zu betreiben. Es gibt keinen Industriestandard für den Abstand zwischen der Laufverlängerung und dem Zentrum des Gaslochs. Dies ist entscheidend für die Länge des Op Rods. Wenn dieser Abstand nicht mit dem im Schema angegebenen übereinstimmt, kann das Op Rod verbogen werden.
