The S15 magazine is a patent-pending, flush-fitting 15 round magazine for the Glock® 43X and Glock® 48. The S15 is a steel magazine, and is the same length as the OEM Glock® 10 round magazine, but holds an additional 5 rounds. Increased Capacity, Same Reliability What changed with the gen 3 magazine? We made the following improvements: New US-based manufacturer Modular tooling, allowing us to make the S15 and S10 magazines simultaneously Raised ribs on the back of the magazine allows us to fully match the OEM magazine position in the mag well, which should eliminate any tolerance stacking that results from Glock frame variations New steel, new coating, new heat treat process - our new steel is slightly thicker, tougher, and now comes with a new standard black nitrocarburized QPQ finish for a high degree of corrosion resistance. Mag Catch Requirement It is required to swap out your plastic OEM mag catch with either our standard steel mag catch or our premium steel mag catch. Here's why. If you don't swap your mag catch you may have reliability issues. If you use another manufacturer's mag catch you may have reliability issues. S15 magazines were designed to work with Shield Arms steel mag catches. Capacité accrue, même fiabilité
Qu'est-ce qui a changé avec le chargeur de la génération 3 ? Nous avons apporté les améliorations suivantes :
- Nouveau fabricant basé aux États-Unis
- Outils modulaires, nous permettant de fabriquer simultanément les chargeurs S15 et S10
- Ribs surélevés à l'arrière du chargeur pour un ajustement parfait dans le mag well, éliminant ainsi les problèmes de tolérance dus aux variations du cadre Glock
- Nouvel acier, nouveau revêtement, nouveau processus de traitement thermique - notre nouvel acier est légèrement plus épais, plus résistant, et est désormais doté d'une finition noire nitrurée QPQ pour une résistance élevée à la corrosion.
Exigences pour le mag catch
Il est nécessaire de remplacer ton mag catch en plastique OEM par notre mag catch en acier standard ou premium. Voici pourquoi :
- Si tu ne remplaces pas ton mag catch, tu pourrais rencontrer des problèmes de fiabilité.
- Si tu utilises un mag catch d'un autre fabricant, tu pourrais également avoir des problèmes de fiabilité.
Les chargeurs S15 ont été conçus pour fonctionner avec les mag catches en acier de Shield Arms.
