The 9 inch model is right at home on carbine builds, especially a handy 10.4” model. Unique to Brownells BRN-4, these quad rail handguards are available in Flat Dark Earth. The handguard by itself on a matte black upper receiver has a distinct and unique look, and breaks up the overall profile of the firearm. Also unique on the Brownells BRN-4 quad rail handguard compared to similar handguards, is the machined in locking bolt hardware. This ensures the clamping forces are evenly spread to the body of the handguard, optimizing clamping force. You don’t have to worry about zero shifting with this setup. Indexing tab at the top interfaces with the BRN-4 upper receiver and prevents rotation.Handguard attaches directly to any Brownells BRN-4 upper receiver group, and is also compatible with HK®, 416, MR556 and MR223 platforms.
