MAGPUL HUNTER LITE STOCK FOR REMINGTON 700 SHORT ACTION The Hunter Lite – Remington 700 Short Action is a purpose-built hunting stock designed for Remington 700 rifles and Remington 700-pattern rifles chambered in short-action calibers. The Hunter Lite streamlines Magpul’s original Hunter Stocks to reduce the weight and slim the dimensions, providing a fully featured upgrade that’s lighter and more maneuverable during their outdoor pursuits. The result is a stock that weighs almost 25% less and has a forend that’s almost 25% narrower than their original Hunter 700 Stock. The Hunter Lite Stock– Remington 700 Short Action is convertible to both right and left-handed rifles by simply swapping out the included inserts in the stock. Receiver support is provided by an extruded aluminum V-bedding block and reinforced steel pillars, enhancing consistency and accuracy It’s strength and firing dependability are supported by the extruded aluminum V-bedding block that features reinforced steel pillars to prevent compression and deformation while shooting. Featuring enhanced ergonomics, the buttstock and forend have integral sling swivel studs for use with a variety of slings and bipods. The buttstock includes removable half-inch spacers to enable LOP adjustments and snap-on cheek risers to create adjustable comb height. An enlarged trigger guard allows comfortable use with gloves and easy access to the ambidextrous magazine release. The magazine well features stamped steel over-insertion tabs to ensure repeatable, proper presentation of the loaded magazine. The forend also features multiple M-LOK® slots to accommodate your choice of M-LOK accessories and it’s compatible with barrel profiles up to Medium Palma. Made in the USA.
