M5 (.308) ATLAS R-ONE M-LOK HANDGUARD Aero is excited to announce clear anodize parts and components! These parts feature a Type 3 hard coat finish that is applied without any dye during the anodizing process. Something to note about these is color variance between different materials- long story short 7000 series aluminum (receivers, chassis center sections, chassis stocks) show up with a more gold/yellow hue; whereas 6000 series aluminum (handguards) anodizes a more slate grey color. What these color variations leave you with is a visually appealing contrast that has gained a cult following over the years. Clear anodize being as light as it is also makes an amazing base for your next rattle can finish if you are into that type of thing! NOTE: This part features a colored anodized finish. These finishes are held to different aesthetic standards than parts finished in black anodizing or Cerakote. The lighter coloring allows certain aesthetic marks on the material to be visible through the finish. Some may show more or fewer signs of these defects, but the parts are guaranteed to be quality and in spec. ATLAS The new Aero Taper Lock Attachment System (ATLAS) is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. It features 2 mirrored tapered locking nuts that provide evenly distributed clamping pressure across a custom engineered barrel nut with use of a turnbuckle screw. A ratcheting detent further secures the design while providing positive registration during installation. By design, the even pressure of the ATLAS system avoids distortion of the handguard often seen with current applications during installation. All hardware mounting parts are included with the purchase of an ATLAS Handguard. Il M5 (.308) ATLAS R-ONE M-LOK HANDGUARD è un prodotto innovativo di AERO PRECISION, ora disponibile con finitura anodizzata chiara. Questi componenti presentano una finitura di tipo 3 che viene applicata senza alcun colorante durante il processo di anodizzazione.
È importante notare che ci sono variazioni di colore tra i diversi materiali: l'alluminio della serie 7000 (ricevitori, sezioni centrali dei telai, calci) tende ad avere una tonalità più dorata/gialla, mentre l'alluminio della serie 6000 (handguards) si anodizza in un colore grigio ardesia. Queste variazioni di colore creano un contrasto visivamente accattivante che ha guadagnato un seguito nel corso degli anni.
La finitura anodizzata chiara, essendo così leggera, offre anche una base eccezionale per una finitura con spray se sei appassionato di questo tipo di personalizzazione!
Nota: Questo componente presenta una finitura anodizzata colorata. Queste finiture sono soggette a standard estetici diversi rispetto ai componenti finiti in anodizzazione nera o Cerakote. Il colore più chiaro consente di vedere alcuni segni estetici sul materiale attraverso la finitura. Alcuni potrebbero mostrare più o meno segni di questi difetti, ma i componenti sono garantiti di qualità e conformi alle specifiche.

ATLAS
Il nuovo sistema di attacco a blocco conico di AERO, ATLAS, è sia funzionale che esteticamente gradevole. Presenta 2 dadi di bloccaggio conici speculari che forniscono una pressione di serraggio distribuita uniformemente su un dado del barilotto progettato su misura, utilizzando una vite a tirante. Un detent a cricchetto assicura ulteriormente il design, fornendo una registrazione positiva durante l'installazione. Grazie al design, la pressione uniforme del sistema ATLAS evita la distorsione dell'handguard che spesso si osserva durante l'installazione.

Gli handguards ATLAS sono progettati per adattarsi perfettamente ai ricevitori superiori filettati M4E1 di AERO. Tuttavia, potrebbero non essere compatibili con ricevitori superiori billet a causa delle linguette di indicizzazione.
