AR-15 ADJUSTABLE PISTON SYSTEM W/CLAMP .750" BLOCK LEFT HAND The Superlative Arms Patented Bleed Off® Mode, gas piston system for the AR-15 platform adjusts the gas flow by bleeding the gas out the front of the block instead of restricting the flow like conventional adjustable blocks. RESULTS: The pressure used in the block is reduced only to the amount required to drive the bolt carrier. The remaining gas and pressure are bled out of the block allowing the system to run much cleaner and cooler. Reduction of wear on the bolt carrier group components and upper receiver. Reduction of felt recoil allowing for faster follow-up shots. Patented adjustment detent is located outside of the block and therefore no contamination. In Bleed Off Mode the gas adjustment screw does not restrict the gas flow; therefore, there is no erosion or seizing of the screw, and no loss of detent due to carbon build up. Although it is removable, we have added a safety mechanism, which stops you from unintentionally backing the screw all the way out. When using SBR’s and/or suppressors the Bleed Off port allows the excessive pressure to be exhausted out of the block reducing blow back. NOTE: The Superlative Arms Piston Kit does not come with a Bolt Assembly (bolt, cam pin, firing pin, or firing pin retainer). There is no industry standard for the distance between the barrel extension to the center of the gas hole. This is critical for the op rod length. Il AR-15 ADJUSTABLE PISTON SYSTEM W/CLAMP .750" BLOCK LEFT HAND è un sistema a pistone brevettato da Superlative Arms, progettato per la piattaforma AR-15. Questo sistema regola il flusso di gas attraverso una modalità di bleed off®, che consente di espellere il gas dalla parte anteriore del blocco, anziché limitare il flusso come nei blocchi regolabili convenzionali.
Risultati:
- La pressione nel blocco è ridotta solo a quella necessaria per azionare il gruppo di massa del percussore.
- Il gas e la pressione residui vengono espulsi dal blocco, permettendo al sistema di funzionare in modo molto più pulito e fresco.
- Riduzione dell'usura sui componenti del gruppo di massa e del ricevitore superiore.
- Riduzione del rinculo percepito, consentendo colpi di follow-up più rapidi.
- Il detent di regolazione brevettato si trova all'esterno del blocco, evitando contaminazioni.
In modalità bleed off, la vite di regolazione del gas non limita il flusso di gas; pertanto, non c'è erosione o bloccaggio della vite e nessuna perdita di detent a causa dell'accumulo di carbonio. Anche se rimovibile, è stato aggiunto un meccanismo di sicurezza che impedisce di svitare accidentalmente la vite completamente.
Quando si utilizzano SBR e/o soppressori, la porta di bleed off consente di espellere la pressione eccessiva dal blocco, riducendo il blowback.
Nota: Il kit a pistone di Superlative Arms non include un Bolt Assembly (bullone, perno di camma, percussore o fermo del percussore). Il Bolt Assembly è venduto separatamente.

PRIMA DI ACQUISTARE QUESTO PRODOTTO, si prega di esaminare lo schema del calcio per le dimensioni critiche necessarie per operare in sicurezza il sistema a pistone di lunghezza pistola. Non esiste uno standard industriale per la distanza tra l'estensione del calcio e il centro del foro del gas. Questo è critico per la lunghezza dell'asta operativa. Se non è la stessa distanza indicata nello schema, potresti piegare l'asta operativa.
