AR-15 ADJUSTABLE PISTON SYSTEM W/CLAMP .750" BLOCK LEFT HAND The Superlative Arms Patented Bleed Off® Mode, gas piston system for the AR-15 platform adjusts the gas flow by bleeding the gas out the front of the block instead of restricting the flow like conventional adjustable blocks. RESULTS: The pressure used in the block is reduced only to the amount required to drive the bolt carrier. The remaining gas and pressure are bled out of the block allowing the system to run much cleaner and cooler. Reduction of wear on the bolt carrier group components and upper receiver. Reduction of felt recoil allowing for faster follow-up shots. Patented adjustment detent is located outside of the block and therefore no contamination. In Bleed Off Mode the gas adjustment screw does not restrict the gas flow; therefore, there is no erosion or seizing of the screw, and no loss of detent due to carbon build up. Although it is removable, we have added a safety mechanism, which stops you from unintentionally backing the screw all the way out. When using SBR’s and/or suppressors the Bleed Off port allows the excessive pressure to be exhausted out of the block reducing blow back. NOTE: The Superlative Arms Piston Kit does not come with a Bolt Assembly (bolt, cam pin, firing pin, or firing pin retainer). There is no industry standard for the distance between the barrel extension to the center of the gas hole. This is critical for the op rod length. Il Superlative Arms AR-15 ADJUSTABLE PISTON SYSTEM W/CLAMP .750" BLOCK LEFT HAND è un sistema di pistone brevettato che offre un modo unico di regolare il flusso di gas. A differenza dei blocchi regolabili convenzionali, il nostro sistema permette di sfiatare il gas dalla parte anteriore del blocco, garantendo prestazioni ottimali.
Risultati:
- La pressione utilizzata nel blocco è ridotta solo alla quantità necessaria per azionare il porta otturatore.
- Il gas e la pressione rimanenti vengono sfiatati dal blocco, rendendo il sistema molto più pulito e fresco.
- Riduzione dell'usura sui componenti del gruppo porta otturatore e sul ricevitore superiore.
- Riduzione del rinculo percepito, consentendo colpi di follow-up più rapidi.
- Il detent di regolazione brevettato si trova all'esterno del blocco, evitando contaminazioni.
In modalità Bleed Off, la vite di regolazione del gas non limita il flusso di gas; di conseguenza, non ci sono erosioni o bloccaggi della vite e nessuna perdita del detent a causa dell'accumulo di carbonio. Anche se rimovibile, abbiamo aggiunto un meccanismo di sicurezza per evitare che la vite venga svitata accidentalmente.
Quando si utilizzano SBR e/o soppressori, la porta di sfiato consente di scaricare la pressione eccessiva dal blocco, riducendo il back blow.

Non esiste uno standard industriale per la distanza tra l'estensione della canna e il centro del foro del gas. Questa misura è critica per la lunghezza dell'asta operativa. Se non corrisponde alla distanza indicata nello schema, si potrebbe piegare l'asta operativa.
