SUPERLATIVE ARMS LLC AR-15 ADJUSTABLE PISTON SYSTEM W/0.625" GAS BLOCK RIGHT HAND The Superlative Arms Patented Bleed Off® Mode, gas piston system for the AR-15 platform adjusts the gas flow by bleeding the gas out the front of the block instead of restricting the flow like conventional adjustable blocks. RESULTS: The pressure used in the block is reduced only to the amount required to drive the bolt carrier. The remaining gas and pressure are bled out of the block allowing the system to run much cleaner and cooler. Reduction of wear on the bolt carrier group components and upper receiver. Reduction of felt recoil allowing for faster follow-up shots. Patented adjustment detent is located outside of the block and therefore no contamination. In Bleed Off Mode the gas adjustment screw does not restrict the gas flow; therefore, there is no erosion or seizing of the screw, and no loss of detent due to carbon build up. Although it is removable, we have added a safety mechanism, which stops you from unintentionally backing the screw all the way out. When using SBR’s and/or suppressors the Bleed Off port allows the excessive pressure to be exhausted out of the block reducing blow back. NOTE: The Superlative Arms Piston Kit does not come with a Bolt Assembly (bolt, cam pin, firing pin, or firing pin retainer). Bolt Assembly sold separately. Das patentierte Bleed Off® Mode von Superlative Arms ermöglicht eine Anpassung des Gasflusses, indem das Gas an der Vorderseite des Blocks abgelassen wird, anstatt den Fluss wie bei herkömmlichen verstellbaren Blöcken zu beschränken.
Ergebnisse:
- Der Druck im Block wird nur auf das notwendige Mass reduziert, um den Verschluss zu betreiben.
- Das verbleibende Gas und der Druck werden aus dem Block abgelassen, wodurch das System viel sauberer und kühler läuft.
- Weniger Verschleiss an den Komponenten der Verschlussgruppe und dem oberen Empfänger.
- Reduzierung des fühlbaren Rückstosses, was schnellere Nachfolgeschüsse ermöglicht.
- Das patentierte Einstell-Dent ist ausserhalb des Blocks positioniert, sodass keine Kontamination auftritt.
Besonderheiten:
Im Bleed Off Mode schränkt die Gasverstellungsschraube den Gasfluss nicht ein; somit gibt es keine Erosion oder Blockierung der Schraube und keinen Verlust des Dents durch Kohlenstoffablagerungen. Obwohl sie abnehmbar ist, haben wir einen Sicherheitsmechanismus hinzugefügt, der verhindert, dass du die Schraube unbeabsichtigt ganz herausdrehst.
Bei der Verwendung von SBRs und/oder Schalldämpfern ermöglicht der Bleed Off-Port das Ablassen des übermässigen Drucks aus dem Block, wodurch der Rückstoss verringert wird.
Hinweis: Das Superlative Arms Piston Kit wird ohne eine Bolt Assembly (Verschluss, Cam Pin, Schlagbolzen oder Schlagbolzenhalter) geliefert. Die Bolt Assembly ist separat erhältlich.
